Advisory Board

The shareholder meeting voted to set up an advisory board on 18 November 2004. The advisory board advises the board of directors and the shareholder on matters of basic and strategic business. The advisory board meets twice a year and had its constitutive meeting in Hamburg at the beginning of March 2005.
